Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our blend and want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. However, due to the consumable nature of our product, we only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at contact.creoffee@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • You must provide a photo showing the damage or issue
  • You’ll need to include your order number or proof of purchase
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Change of Mind Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect choice
  • Unused but opened items
  • Items that have been stored improperly after delivery
As a consumable product, we’re unable to restock or resell opened goods due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
If your item was damaged or faulty and you’d prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we’re happy to accommodate where stock allows. Just let us know when you get in touch.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
